Uite ca am revenit!, odata cu sosirea timpului frumos si a bunei dispozitii. APARTAMENT-ul este DESCHIS deja de mai multe saptamini si astfel va invitam sa petrecem afara niste timp impreuna, in Bucuresti 68.

Va lansam o invitatie pentru vineri, 20 mai 2010, ora 15:00 pentru prima sesiune a atelierului “bucate pentru cultura”. Cu ajutorul Rosei, o minunata voluntara din Germania, vom organiza intr-un mod mai mult sau mai putin regulat, de doua ori pe luna un atelier pentru bucatarie vegana. Ce este bucataria vegana? Veganism-ul este o practica personala prin care se elimina din uzul cotidian produsele de origine animala. Aceast tip de practica se bazeaza pe un respect fata de viata animalelor si pe un refuz de a-i exploata. Adeptii veganism-ului etic elimina din mincare produsele de origine animala cum este laptele sau ouale.

Daca considerati ca nu e in limita normalitatii sa gatiti fara oua, lapte sau carne, daca nu credeti ca este sanatos sau pur si simplu credeti ca nu este posibil acest lucru, atunci ne-ar placea sa va alaturati noua pentru a discuta acest subiect si pentru a va prezenta cum se poate foarte usor pregati humus vegan, delicios pe piine sau cu legume crude.

Deci, daca v-am facut curiosi sau pur si simplu v-am trezit interesul pentru cum se poate gati un Humus delicios atunci va asteptam vineri, 20 mai 2011, la orele 15:00 la APARTAMENT-ul DESCHIS cu pofta si cu buna dispozitie : )

Pentru acoperirea costurilor ingridientelor necesare vom solicita fiecarui partiipant sa contribuie cu 3-5 lei.

Here we are! Springtime definitely settled up in Chisinau and the good mood too. FLAT SPACE is working again for few weeks already and we would like to invite you to spend some time with us outside at Bucuresti 68.

On this purpose we would be glad to meet you this Friday at 3pm for the first session of our “Cake for culture” afternoon. With the help of our dear Rosa, an international volunteer from Germany, we will have on a more or less regular basis of twice per month until july a session of vegan cooking. What is vegan cooking? Veganism is a personal practice that consists, briefly, in eliminating the use of animal products in everyday life. This practice grew out of respect for animals’ life and the refusal to exploit them. This ethic veganism usually forbids the use of any animal product in food as milk and eggs…

You think it’s crazy to cook without eggs, milk and meat? Unhealthy? Or simply impossible? Well, we would love to have you around, discuss that matter with you and show you an example of vegan houmous, really easy to make and very tasty on bread or raw vegetables.

So if you are curious about veganism or simply interested to know how to make delicious Houmous, come to us on Friday at 3pm at FLAT SPACE with your appetite and your good mood : )

We’ll ask 3 to 5 lei to each participant of the workshop so as to cover the costs of ingredients.
