Proiectul constă într-o expoloare continuă a relațiilor între dimensiuni în reprezentarea arhitecturii, fiind o compoziție care este simultan de-compoziție, un montaj care este totodată dispersat.
Contribuția mea la structura arhitecturală a APARTAMENTULUI DESCHIS constă în “vegetație” sub forma unor “fragmente verzi de mușchi” supradimensionate, care sînt folosite în mod normal în construcția unor modele arhitecturale. APARTAMENTUL DESCHIS poate fi văzut ca un model la scara 1:1. Eu voi încerca să respect caracterul deschis al APARTAMENTULUI prin amplasarea materialului-mușchi într-un mod liber.
Datorită faptului că “fragmentele verzi de mușchi” se vor revărsa peste și dizolva frontierele spațiului arhitectural, acest lucru ar putea afecta și traficul, care pare să considere scuarul din jur ca un fel de scurtătură și spațiu pentru parcare.

Proiectul Ține Tasta Apăsată pornește de la utilizarea într-un mod diferit și alterarea mediumului (în acest caz a mediumului video), acesta fiind redus aproape la limbajul filmului mut. Prin această mișcare înapoi se poate obține un control mai mare asupra mediumului, astfel evitîndu-se strategiile media avansate și ideologizate.
În cazul lucrării de față eu folosesc material media din Georgia care reprezintă un lanț viu de oameni, care manifestă sub titlul STOP RUSIA, imediat după izbucnirea războiului Ruso-Georgian. Am aplicat aceleași reguli asupra acestui material media. În rezultat am reușit să creez un instrument care ne permite să manipulăm cu acest eveniment cum ne dorim noi, spre deosebire de un eveniment media care avea menirea să te controleze și direcționeze într-un fel care convine ideologiei oficiale.

This is a continuous exploration of relations between scales in architectural representations. The project is concerned with a composition that is also a de-composition, a montage that is also dispersal.
My supplement for the architectural construction FLAT SPACE is ”vegetation” in the shape of enlarged pieces of ”green moss” normally used in the constructions of architectural models. FLAT SPACE can be seen as a model, a model in scale 1:1. I try to keep the level of abstraction on the same as the architectural structure. I also try to correspond to the openness in the FLAT SPACE structure by placing the moss-material in a loose way.
As the “green moss material” will also spill over and dissolve the boundaries of the architecture/ space, this might course some distraction for the traffic that seems to be considering most of the space around as a shortcut and a parking lot.

Hold Down the Key

Hold Down the Key is the project based on misUse, degrading the medium (in this case video), bringing it down to almost period of a mute cinema. Through this move backwards one can gain the control over it, get away from the very advanced of media strategies and ideologies.
In this particular case I used Georgian media material. It’s a topic about human chain demonstration STOP RUSSIA right after Russia-Georgian war. I applied the same rules to this material. As a result media event that was intended to control and direct you in a certain way, suitable to official ideology becomes your own tool to control the event any way you want.
